What Should I Expect During a Session?
Each 40-minute session offers a private, calming space where you can relax while infrared heat works deeply to detox, ease tension, and rejuvenate. There is also a tablet installed in each sauna for you to listen to music or browse internet during session.
What Should I Wear?
To enable infrared to penetrate tissues as deep as possible, we recommend wearing as little as possible. A provided cotton towel, gym shorts or swimsuit are perfect options.

How Often Can I Use the Sauna?
One session will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. But similar to exercise, the more you do it, the better the results. Recommended use is 3-4 times per week for "up to" 40 minutes.Â
Is the Sauna Sanitized Between Sessions?
Yes. Infrared heat naturally eliminates bacteria, but supplies will be available for additional cleaning to user preference.Â
Is Parking Available?
Yes, free covered parking is available on-site.
Is There a Minimum Age Requirement?
 Yes. Customers must be 18 years of age or older to use the equipmentÂ
How Does Your Sauna Rate on EMFs, Emissivity and VOCs?
Our Heaters produce virtually no EMFs at <1 mG, which is 95% lower than most household devices (Cell Phone, Hair Dryer..etc). In addition, our saunas provide at least 99% emissivity, per test conducted by one of the world's leading manufacturers of high performance scientific instruments. Which means our Infrared Heaters deliver almost 100% of the valuable therapeutic wavelengths. Lastly, our saunas offer excellent air quality, verified by 3rd party tests, stating the air quality in our Saunas is considered "excellent".
Is There Someone Available to Assist Me if I Need Help?
Although, there will be intermittent staffing on-site to maintain a private and serene environment given unique size of studio, you will be able to communicate with someone via phone or email during operating hours. If you need special assistance (physical..etc) a staff member will be available on-site to assist at time of session (request 24 hours in advance).Â
Can I take my cellphone into the Sauna?
Just as you would not leave your cell phone in your car on a hot day, we do not recommend taking cellphones, Apple Watches or other electronics into the sauna. The electronics that are built into the sauna are designed for a heated environment.Â
Can I sauna while pregnant?
Even though infrared is completely safe, it is not recommended to use while pregnant. While pregnant, the core body temperature is already elevated, and you could overheat.Â
Is it ok to use the sauna while breastfeeding?
Please consult with your physician, as this answer is usually yes, but may be no depending upon your specific circumstances.Â
