An Immersive Escape for Mind & Body

Stepping into an infrared sauna is more than just relaxation—it’s a transformative wellness experience. From the moment you arrive, every detail is designed to elevate your body and mind. Whether you seek detoxification, stress relief, or simple serenity, this is a space where time slows, and well-being takes center stage.

Pre-Session

  • Wait at least 1-2 hours after eating before beginning an infrared sauna session.
  • Hydrate with a minimum of 8 ounces of water to prepare for an increase in core body temperature.

Sauna Session

  • A towel will be provided for your to sit on or wear during your session, but you can also wear loose fit clothing (shorts, swimsuit..etc) if you prefer
  • Listen to your body and adjust based on what it’s telling you. If you feel flu-like symptoms, discontinue session
  • Everyone sweats differently. You may not sweat during the first few sessions. Sweat will increase with regular use.

Post-Session

  • Rehydrate with 8 to 24 oz. of water or electrolyte drink to replenish fluids.
